We will help you find the ideal location of your home, don’t worry if you cannot directly purchase a lot of your choice. Quite often lots are not for sale to the public and can only be purchased directly from the developers by builders.

When you purchase your lot through Sidhu Homes, we can offer you flexible payment plans not available to individuals, this will save you money and often allow you to build your dream home with a smaller cash outlay.

This is our time to shine! In a nutshell…

We work with our team of surveyors and engineers to make sure your home is designed to suit the lot.

We submit your blueprint to the municipal building permit office for review and approval

After approval, we start construction by preparing the site and installing the foundation

We construct the exterior and interior of your home including the roof and decks. We then install the windows and doors.

We equip the house with a heating and cooling system, electrical components and plumbing.

We drywall your home. Install interior doors and casing. 

This is your time to shine! Let function meet feng-shui

We fit the kitchen, bathroom and cabinetry and install the flooring. 

We then complete the final touches with things like shelving and painting.

The step is unique to Sidhu Homes. Sometimes, what you may have envisioned on paper doesn’t quite work they way you had intended once it's constructed. Therefore, we will work with you during the construction phase to tweak things to make them just the way you want them… maybe you want to move a wall, or maybe you want to add a window – don’t worry we can make that happen for you.

The final step involves a walk-through of your home, to ensure everything is in order and just the way you want it. Welcome to your new home!
